New Music Video!

“I Won’t Wonder Why” is the first music video off of Rory’s debut album. This video was shot over the course of one day at the Liminal Space Collective’s temporary headquarters at the Circle Church on the Westside of Santa Cruz. It is a glimpse into the life of someone suffering from paranoid delusions as they navigate through the city.

For your viewing and listening pleasure…

Here’s a couple of my favorite videos. More live videos coming soon!

We performed this song for the NPR Tiny Desk Contest 2023. We didn’t win but we loved the song so much we put it up on all streaming platforms!

A live video of a new Bossa Nova Song I wrote. Shot in the Santa Cruz Mountains!

My first ever music video! We shot this video in Evergreen Cemetery in Santa Cruz. It’s an homage to a bygone era.

A classical piece I wrote a few years back that is featured on my Album. Terre Lee graced my album with her wonderful melodious violin playing. Here we are doing a live take of the song at her house on a rainy day.

New Music for Old Souls

Rory Lynch is New Music for Old Souls. A dose of well needed nostalgia for our modern times. He is a street poet crooning out indie folk hits. Melodically tiptoeing and dancing on the ever shifting lines between pop, folk, country, and jazz. In recent years his music has shifted to encompass multiple genres such as R&B, Neosoul, Bossa Nova, and even some hip-hop. Originally hailing from Philadelphia, this itinerant troubadour calls the central California Coast home. He can be found singing and playing in wineries, dive bars, house parties, your local venue, or just on the street. His debut album ‘Sittin’ On The Well’ premiered in November 2022.
